User Experience (UX) Design is the process of addressing user needs to build digital products. This program introduces students to the world of design - thinking aided by industry standards design tools from Adobe (XD, Illustrator and Photoshop). User Experience (UX) program will provide an overview of the key concepts of user experience design. Class material will be a mix of lecture, discussion, industry examples, and classroom activities. The course will cover User Research, Interaction and Interface Design, Prototyping and Testing. Students will leave the class with a broad understanding of how UX designers work with other team members, and how designers move from research insights to design concepts.
Students will need to know their district username & password to be able to log-on the computers.
